Hi Jessica, It is me Bill, from the Running Free clinic. I am still doing the Tuesday night grind. Have you heard from Ben? What is he up to? The NYC half looks like a cool route. I didn't do a lot of running over the winter and I paid for it. I am planning on doing the Port Perry half in Sept. Probably another one after that, but I am undecided. I hear good things about the new Angus Glen half in Markham. Let me know how the NY run goes!! Bill
